How fast can you come?
We book visits across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley as soon as our schedule allows. When you call, we’ll tell you the next available slot — honestly, without overpromising.
Will you damage my property to find the leak?
No. Our equipment locates leaks non-invasively — acoustic, thermal, electronic, tracer gas. When a repair eventually needs the leak opened, it’s a small surgical opening at the spot we mark, not a wall section.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on property size and methods needed. Our policy: no detection, no charge. If we can’t locate your leak, you don’t pay for the visit. We give you a transparent quote on the phone before we dispatch.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. Our written reports are accepted by major BC insurers and include the documentation adjusters need to process your claim. Many clients book us specifically for the insurance-ready report.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Helpful but not required: your property address, what you’re seeing (wet spots, sounds, bills), when it started, and whether you’ve had anyone else look at it. A photo or short video is gold — you can email those to info@anyleak.ca.
